Every milestone, a step of progress From our initial steps to our current presence, every milestone in our journey represents part of a continuous process of evolution. 1998 Establishment of the company by Ioannis Botsas under the name “BOTSAS IOANNIS SINGLE MEMBER LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY” 1999 Strategic Partnership with Cosmote 1999 Renamed to “BEFON SOLE SHAREHOLDER COMPANY LIMITED BY SHARES”, providing call center services in the Greek market with 500 highly trained and experienced Call Agents, continuing to deliver its services with professionalism and excellence to this day. 2000 - 2004 Strategic collaborations with all Greek banking institutions including NBG, Piraeus Bank, Attica Bank, Eurobank, among others. 2001 Expansion with new call center branches in Thessaloniki and Larissa 2004 Strategic Partnership with NOVA 2007 Relocation to new 4,000 sq.m. building facilities with advanced technological infrastructure 2010 Strategic partnership with ELPEDISON 2011 Development and management of a nationwide network of over 30 retail stores for one of Greece’s leading energy providers. 2022-2023 The Group establishes strategic alliances with leading Italian firms active in the energy and e-mobility 2024 The Group establishes B SPOT, a chain offering end-to-end services in the energy sector (B SPOT Mobility, B SPOT Charge, B SPOT Energy, B SPOT Clima). 2024 Establishment of B Construct through the acquisition of a licensed contracting and construction company (operating since 2010) to deliver certified public and private engineering projects with structured design and full regulatory compliance. 2026 The Group maintains permanent facilities in three strategic locations across Athens (headquarters), Thessaloniki, and Larissa, supported by over 500 specialized professionals executing a strategic roadmap focused on investments in innovative products and advanced solutions.
