2. Terms & Conditions for Participation in Contests

 

When our Website conducts promotional campaigns (contests / giveaways), participation presupposes acceptance of the following terms:
Eligibility:

-Natural persons over 18 years of age, residents of Greece, are eligible to participate. Employees of Botsas Group and their first-degree relatives are excluded.

 

Process & Prizes:

-Winners are announced using automated random selection systems.

-Prizes are strictly personal, non-transferable, and under no circumstances exchangeable for cash.

 

Cancellation / Modification:

-The Company reserves the right to modify the terms, postpone, or cancel a contest for good cause, by making an announcement on this page.

 

GDPR & Personal Data:–

-Data (Name, Email, Phone) is collected exclusively for winner identification and communication.

-Data is permanently deleted after the prize delivery is completed, unless the user has explicitly opted in to receive promotional material (newsletter).
